Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

All payments made to Card Surge for the purchase of Gift Cards or Electronic Gift Cards are eligible for refund if any of the below conditions are met for which Card Surge would hold no responsibility as this was unforeseen;

a.) There was a problem with the Gift Card or Electronic Gift Card purchased, as deemed solely by Card Surge LLC.

b.) The Gift Cards or Electronic Gift Cards were not delivered within a period of 30 days after the date of purchase.

c.) Any issue as outlined in the Buyer Protection Program section.

NO REFUND SHALL BE AVAILABLE IN THE EVENT OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 

a.) When a request is initiated after the 100-day mark.

b.) The Gift Card or Electronic Gift Card was sold to a different person or company.

c.) The Gift Card or Electronic Gift Card was stolen or missing which would be no fault of Card Surge.

d.) The Buyer did not follow the laid down procedures for refunds such as shipping plastic Gift Cards back to Us.

e.) Items clearly marked for no refund.

If you return a Gift Card, you warrant regarding any Gift Card or Electronic Gift Card you return through or on the Service, the following:

1.) The Gift Card has the same exact condition and balance as when you received it from Card Surge LLC and the Gift Card has not been utilized.

2.) The Gift Card is and should be legitimate, to the best of your knowledge and the Gift Card is redeemable for the measure of credit or balance that you state through the Service.

3.) You have not at all held an approach to reclaim the Gift Card after transferring the Gift Card back to Card Surge LLC and the Gift Card or Electronic Gift Card and any interest in it is completely and legally transferable to Card Surge in the way outlined by this Agreement, and is legally binding.

4.) You are the sole, legal proprietor of the Gift Card or Electronic Gift Card and all interests thereto and the Gift Card or Electronic Gift Card is not subject to any liens, commitments, or encumbrances of an outside party.

5.) You must follow every other necessity to finish the refund, including, without confinement shipping guidelines, as required by the Service.

All requests for refunds must be communicated to us within the 100-day time frame and the decision to refund is granted based on Our Refund Policy and the Buyer Protection Policy, the initial method of purchase shall be employed to receive the refund.
